AND THE WINNER IS…….GROUNDS BEAUTIFICATION!!!!
Thank you to everyone that participated in our LPRC member survey. We have wonderful news! With the input that everyone submitted, the community has expressed an overwhelming desire for improving and revitalizing our grounds.
We have such wonderful, spacious property and need to take advantage of this gift!
LPRC is currently submitting an application to Fairfax County to obtain a grant that will be used, should we be awarded the funding, to upgrade and landscape the fence line along Montrose, make our dumpster area more aesthetic, and provide a gentle landscape screen to the parking area. We hope that this will send a message that our wonderful community cares about the environment, the upkeep of our land, and send a wonderful message to any visitors in our area.
We cannot do any of this without YOU! Please stay posted on the status of our grant and our upcoming need for community loving volunteers! We are in the process of development with this project and will be continuing to develop committees to implement this project that will add value and enhance our neighborhood!
